Yuki-onna or "snow woman"

Yuki-onna is a yokai that can often be found in anime. Yuki-onna only appears during snowy nights as a tall-beautiful woman. She is inhumanly pale and typically dressed in white. In Japan, white is the color associated with death. Despite yuki-onna's inhuman beauty, her eyes can strike terror into mortals. She is beautiful and serene, yet ruthless in killing unsuspecting mortals lost in a snow storm.
